Personal training is a great way to get the most out of your time spent in the gym. Our personal trainers are innovative, motivational and knowledgeable. 

Members will enjoy discounted personal training sessions with any of our BPF Hub trainers but you don’t have to be a BPF member to benefit from personal training.

Mike Alley

I have trained a whole range of clientele including children, older adults, sports teams, pregnant ladies and anyone looking to improve their health & fitness. I also welcome individuals referred by physiotherapists and doctors. I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years and in 2017 I decided to open BPF Fitness Hub. I have developed my own training philosophies using the experience and scientific knowledge I have built up over the years. The training techniques I implement use a variety of resistance equipment, own body weight actions, suspension training, accommodating resistance and cardio-vascular monitoring. Whatever your goal, be it: weight loss, strength, flexibility, endurance, increased lung capacity, vitality or function, I can help you to achieve it. I have a passion for exercise and inspiring others to push themselves to attain their goals.

Josh Hoare

I have a passion for functional training due to the benefits it can provide for your health and physical performance. Your body is designed to move and functional training drags you away from conventional exercises thus improving your posture, muscle density and core strength. I find an alternative style of training is far more enjoyable and can easily be attributed to an individual’s goals, whether that be sports specific, fat burning or improving flexibility and stability. I am also fully qualified in the use of Kettlebells and am extremely enthusiastic to help people achieve their personal goals, whatever they may be.

I'm a fully certified Personal Trainer and Online Coach specialising in weight loss, body transformation and strength training currently working out of BPF Fitness Hub with over 8 years training experience myself.I believe it is essential that training and nutrition is progressive, balanced and simple in order for an individual to be successful and reach their goals. Getting in shape is simple and it doesn't need to take over your life!

As an experienced personal trainer, I can help you lose weight, build muscle, train for a specific event, or simply get into better shape. I'll be there every step of the way – motivating, educating, encouraging you to feel more positive and confident in yourself and your abilities.
