We offer a range of fitness classes for all ages and abilities, ranging from kettlebell to Pilates. Please see our class time table below. Members enjoy a discounted rate on fitness classes and non-members are welcome too.

Our classes are smaller size to ensure that members receive correct coaching and guidance. This, we feel enables you to get more out of each session and ultimately gives you a better workout.

Classes

Boot Camp - Get ready to be beasted! Boot Camp will take place when the gym is closed to other members so you will have the run of the place…Challenge yourself to something new and exciting

HIIT - High Intensity Interval training is a short, sharp blast of conditioning exercises, utilising assault bikes, spin bikes, tyres, rowing machines, burpees, sleds and other hard compound movements.

Body Sculpt - A great whole body toning class. Workout with weights, feel the progression week to week. Small class size means lots of individual attention and a focus on technique.

Metcon Fitness - Compete against yourself and others with these scaled workouts that are appropriate for any fitness ability. This high intensity class is bound to push you to your limits and develop your technique on certain movements. The class consists of a workout induction explaining how to do all the exercises within your chosen scale followed but 1 or two intense workouts.

Wattbike - This is spin but with a difference. All participants will complete a quick fitness test prior to their first class to work out their training zones. All info will be displayed on the TV monitor so the instructor can see if you are working to your correct zone and pace. As well as specific training zones you will also have timed challenges, climbs and sprints. This class provides a  good calorie burn and works you through a whole range of energy systems. Limited spaces available, booking is a must.

Tabata - Tabata training is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. In this class you will be pushed to breaking point on an array of equipment from assault bikes to kettlebells.

Calorie Blast - 45 minutes of constant cardio designed to torch fat. Using a mixture of CV machines and own body movements to get your heart rate high, body temperature up so you can hit your calorie target.

Circuits - A fun way to incorporate lots of training styles in one session… lifts, pushes & pulls, jumps and own body weight exercises combined to provide challenging whole body workout. 

ViPR Fit - ViPR bridges the gap between movement and strength training. It combines full-body movement with load, enhancing the vitality, performance and reconditioning goals of clients and athletes.  

Kettlebells - use compound and whole body movements which are superior to machines to improve muscle tone, body composition, and strength. Kettlebells can also strengthen the tendons and ligaments, making the joints tougher and less-susceptible to injury.

Complete Conditioning - This class is ideal to help you develop your technique and strength on your compound lifts. Not only do you get coaching on your lifts, but you will be given drills and mobility exercises to help with your progression.  Week on week you will go into more depth and see your lifts improve. There will be a tough workout at the end of your session to test what you have learnt.

Rep-It - Reps are the name of the game, workouts that require you to complete rep based exercises for challenges and time. This can be a solo effort or as part of a team. Total weights and total reps will make up your scores.

4-Fit - Simply 4 exercises for 4 minutes for a predetermined score. Failure to keep the pace ends with forfeits, which will be completed in your rest periods. Less forfeits equals more rest.

X-HIIT - This is similar to the HIIT class we run but just more intense. Using heavy compound movements and explosive cardio you will be pushed to your breaking point. Limited spaces available.
